William Moore, MD
Dr. Moore obtained his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He completed his residency at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans. Dr. Moore received further training in interventional pain management at Texas Tech Pain Institute under Dr. Gabor Racz, a pioneer in interventional pain management. Since beginning his private practice in 2006, he has specialized in interventional and minimally invasive surgical treatments of the spine.
Robert Clark, DO
Dr. Clark earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas and is board certified in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He completed Interventional Pain Medicine training through the University of Texas Southwestern and is also certified in IPM by the ABA. He desires to assist chronic pain sufferers taking active parts in their treatment so that the best possible resolutions may be maintained. He also seeks to cultivate active focus on comprehensive approaches to effective pain treatment with emphasis on progressive restoration of physical function thus improving overall life experience using the most advanced appropriate approaches currently available.
Paul Bourland, FNP
Paul Bourland is a Family Nurse Practitioner. Over the past 25 years he has served in a number of health care roles from Emergency and Critical Care to Hospice and Home Health. After graduating from Graceland University in 2013 with a Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner degree he came to work at Capstone Pain and Spine Center.
Jennifer Rucker, MS, APRN, NP-BC
Jennifer Rucker is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She has accumulated 22 years of nursing experience in geriatrics, dialysis, pediatrics, wound care, family practice and orthopedics.
In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Jennifer also has an outstanding academic background. She completed her Associate Degree in Nursing at Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville, WI, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Olivet Nazarene in Bourbonnais, IL and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Illinois in Rockford, IL. She is a member of the North Texas Nurse Practitioners Association.
Jennifer strives to provide the best health care possible by building long lasting and trusting relationships with patients by taking time to listen and understand their particular needs. She believes every patient deserves impartial care in a safe and efficacious manner to promote improved function and quality of life. She is proud and honored to assist patients to achieve their goals by empowering them to take charge of their health and setting personal measurable goals.
