Joint pain occurs when the bones, joints, ligaments or muscles of the spine
become strained, rupture, tear, or irritate nerves. Joint pain can occur in
people of all ages and can be caused by a variety of culprits. Some common causes of joint pain are:
Arthritis – Arthritis is inflammation of one or more of your joints. The main symptoms of arthritis are joint pain and stiffness, which typically worsen with age.
Arthralgias – Arthralgias literally means joint pain; it is a symptom of injury, infection, illnesses (in particular arthritis) or an allergic reaction to medication.
